"Very disappointing. AT this price point would have expected much better service. 20$ to park is ridiculous when there are big open spaces. No coffee available in the morning??? Come on. No one to help with luggage, dirty dishes at end of hallway for over 24 hours. Would never waste money on this again. Spent the night before in Jackson for 1/4 the price and had much better service and amenities. "

"Even during renovations, this is one of my and my wife's favorite places to stay. We've been there multiple times going back over the past 20 years. The hotel is beautiful inside and out. Due to the renovations we were given a room upgrade that was beautiful. Staff were very helpful and responsive. The food was outstanding. My only regret is that people don't dress for an elegant dinner like they used to. My wife and I and one other couple were dressed for the occasion. But that's not...

"The room was very clean. The staff was very polite. The breakfast was amazing and the outside pool along with the hot tub was excellent."

"Windows old, heating system old. I couldn’t sleep at night because heating system was making extremely loud noise. Everything was shaking. I thought earthquake started. Location is great. Beautiful view of the mountains. If you don’t care about the condition of the room this is good place to stay. The staff is helpful. Room is nice and clean."
