"The experience was horrible with Expedia because of them I was charged and scammed from this property never ever booking these kind of properties ever. They charge you first and ask for deposit in text. The most annoying and rude experience. Scam is going on London"

"Runnymede is a great hotel near Royal Windsor. The hotel has great amenities and entertainment. Food was good but in both restaurants the food could have been served hotter. It was warm but questionable!"

"Good news - Free parking for guests. Bad news - No restaurant, no bar, some tea and coffee in room, no phone, hairdryer or safe in room. Shower tray cracked, cracks in wall plaster and a tv with a 2 pin plug to insert into a 3 pin socket we thought was dangerous Extremely basic and a lot run down. Stayed before our flight from Luton basic accommodation at a cheap price."

"Got there after a late flight, no staff around only self service check in, but despite there being a few other guests (all men) checking in there wasn’t a wait as there was enough machines. The signs to where to go for the room I was given were confusing. A security guard appeared and despite me having my receipt and keycard in my hand he asked to see and then said out loud my room number. "Hotel is not exactly at the airport (but the closest option). Walking around 10-15min. Has shuttle but infrequent."

"Very corporate. Premier Inn and Travelodge do it better. We did complain about the quilt and it was replaced. Expect better quality bedding - lumpy pillows and duvets should not be allowed. Poor taste in bedroom art - who wants to wake up to bugs?"

"We stayed for two nights 4th and 5th June as we were attending a wedding elsewhere on 5th June. The first night was fine but on the morning of the 5th the hotel advised we would have to move rooms as they had a wedding at the hotel and the bridegroom had specifically asked for the room we were staying in. We agreed to pack our stuff up and the hotel would move to the alternative room when we left for our wedding at 1.30. All through the morning we kept getting calls from reception asking when...
