"I enjoyed my first time here and decided to book again with them this year. I got in late the first night. Next morning I wanted to take a shower no hot water, freezing cold even after a half an hour running. Told the front desk He said they would call maintenance. So after the race I wanted to take a hot shower to sooth my muscle aches, thinking the water situation was fixed. NOPE I went back down to the main desk and told another person and she said the same thing about maintenance. Again nothing was fixed. I returned the keys today and told a different front desk person and all she could say, was anyone notified, I replied yes twice yesterday. And all I got was sorry about that. They lost me as a repeated customer. Very disappointed I’m sure they wouldn’t go without a warm shower.!"
