"The cottage was perfect for 2 W soap towels & sheets provided w king sized bed TV & shower on 2nd floor Full kitchen with pots pans dishes dishwasher sofa bed Tv half bath on first floor. It was very clean almost like new - cottages were spaced out nicely also a pool. I would stay again! It is only 15 minutes to Easton's beach & cliff walk in Newport."

So easy to drive to Newport, find parking, and walk everywhere. Staff friendly and helpful. Try Reject beer Co. if you like beer and a good vibe. Would return!"

"Nice and clean room. Very friendly staff. Buffet breakfast was simple but sufficient. Shuttle bus to the downtown was running every 30 minutes. You can enjoy the walk in downtown without having a problem with parking. "

"Bartenders and housekeeping staff are friendly and rooms are clean. As hotel I was not happy to discover I had to hall my luggage up 3 flights of stairs. At 68, an offer of help would have been nice. Phone in room wouldn’t front call desk, and I had to tighten toilet seat bolts to make using it less adventurous. Lighting is poor, and 2 people sitting up in bed causes the mattress to slide of the end. Experience was less than I expected given the brand. "
