"I was comfortable, the stay was enjoy, it was clean I just wished the pool had still been open!"

"The worst hotel stay ever!!! The bathroom clogged and we called front desk at 6 am to get help because water was gushing out of toilet.The lady on duty said the engineering was not available.We called again and asked if we could go to another room to bath and change clothes.The front desk clerk told us yo go to the front desk to pick up keys.We asked why they couldn’t bring to us.She said that she couldn’t leave front desk.We kept calling and they gave us the runaround.They finally got someone to come but it was 8:30 am.We had to remove the water ourselves.The lady hung up the phone on and didn’t offer no compensation for the hassle and headache we endured.I will never recommend this hotel to anyone!!! "

"The property is in great shape. Check in/check out was easy and the desk staff were very attentive to the one maintenance issue I noted. If you arrive late, be aware that the parking is behind the building and the back doors may be locked, meaning you have to go around to the front so I would recommend driving to the front to check in first. I appreciated the breakfast which was fresh cooked and tasty."

"Pillows too hard and firm for comfortable sleep. Also, temperature maintained at about 68 degrees throughout property, too cold for comfort."
