"Staff were super helpful. My son has multiple food allergies and was supported very well by the staff when we were seated downstairs for breakfast on Friday. Rini spent alot of time with us to go through his allergies and was asking us if there was anything else she could get us while we were seated there."

"I like this hotel, it’s 5 minutes away from Rusell Square station. It takes about an hour to get to the airport with no transfers. The rooms are comfortable the staff is friendly and have great breakfast. I highly recommended this place "
