"Very clean very quiet nice"

"Casino was very slow on the Sunday we went. Hotel room bathroom floor had dirty spots on it. Door to room wouldn't fully close. Staff made us wait while on phone for five minutes. Extra charge of $20 for parking was unacceptable."

"At check in I was told only the king size bed was available when I needed the 2 queens instead. And the staff was very helpful and spoke with management and found me the type of room I needed. This was such a relief. I was in town for a family emergency and was extremely exhausted and emotionally and all of there help did not go unnoticed or unappreciated. I was confused about payments and they were still very patient and helpful. Thank you Andre for taking the time to help this distraught customer. And the girl sitting at the desk next to you. Sorry I didnt catch her name. But both extremely helpful."

"This is a fantastic hotel. The rooms were spacious and clearly recently renovated. The onsite restaurants are absolutely fantastic! The steakhouse is worth the splurge for sure! Would definitely come back!"
