"The staff and the food were excellent and without fault. The rooms are similar to other Best Western hotels I've stayed in, in so much as they are a little dated, however the venue was quiet and I had a good nights sleep."

"Apex is a wonderful hotel. Our rooms were clean and comfortable (especially the beds!). Size of bathroom was great as well with a bathtub and good sized shower. The closet space is generous, with mini fridge and kettle, tea and biscuits/popcorn; which is nice touch! The location: this hotel is 3-4 minute walk to Tower Hill tube station which makes it very easy to get around. Also very close to Tower of London, Tower Bridge, Thames, Leadenhall market, Sky Garden…it’s a fantastic location."

"Very clean, and nice rooms. They were smaller but well organized and very cute and nice. The hotel food was great and the staff very friendly and happy to help with recommendations or with anything that was needed. Overall a great place to stay in a decent location to all the touristy things. "

"WiFi barely worked and only at odd hours. The bed was horrific. Two hard twin mattresses pushed together to make a queen sized bed. The seam of the two mattresses was extremely uncomfortable. I asked for a topper twice from staff and was assured both times they’d handle that. They didn’t. I ended up having to spend several hundred pounds on massages throughout me stay to help with the back pain. Really! The towels were scratchy and the room was barely clean. Would not recommend staying here...

"The Hotel room was fabulous we even got a upgrade upon arrival,which we was very pleased about.The staff were so attentive and so friendly from start to finish.We had food in the rooftop restaurant which was fabulous and the views were another great touch.The hotel facilities were great and the gym was really ideal to have at the hotel.The DND bar downstairs had amazing cocktails and a lovely ambiance at night.The location of the hotel was perfect and it is in walking distance to tower bridge.We...

"We booked the night away for our 11 year wedding anniversary, expecting to get a more peaceful night's sleep then we do with a small child at home. Unfortunately that wasn't the case. Throughout the night we were woken up by doors slamming and banging. By 6am, we decided to give up and head home. "Buon 3 stelle, struttura in più che buone condizioni, personale molto gentile e disponibile, camere non troppo piccole come mi aspettavo, bello il bagno. Unica pecca mancanza del minifrigo, le pulizie dopo il primo gg solo su richiesta ma è precisato nelle condizioni. forse mi sarei aspettato almeno il riassetto del letto tutti i giorni senza doverlo chiedere ogni volta Colazione super abbondante. Poi la posizione è ottima, praticamente accanto alla metro, locali, supermarket....

"Well situated hotel. Close walking distance to Waterloo station. Fast, easy check in. My only advice would be to buy some snacks and drinks before you arrive as they are very overpriced in the hotel, water £3.99 a small bottle, £2.65 for a Mars bar!!!!"

"The only drawback at this otherwise lovely hotel is the slightly too high level of noise from other rooms. One easy way to decrease this might be to ensure that there is less of a gap between the floor and the bottom of the room doors. "
