"Stayed 5 nights โ the first 3 days were flawless. The rooms are modern and clean, and the AC worked perfectly. Breakfast was satisfying, and the location is unbeatable โ right by the London Eye, just a 1โminute walk to Lambeth North underground station, and also a short walk to Westminster Bridge, Parliament, and Big Ben. Big plus: the staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming throughout. Dropping one star because the last 2 days housekeeping didn't change towels, empty the bins, which was a letdown after such a strong start. Still a solid 4/5 โ would return for the location, comfortable rooms, and lovely team, just wish housekeeping was more consistent on longer stays."

"We have stayed at many London hotels and this was by far our favorite. The rooms were generously sized, clean with AC and offered unlimited water bottles which saved us a fortune. We had already been traveling for a while so the complimentary washer/dryer was a lifesaver. The location was perfect, we found it be the center of all our exploring needs. Surrounded by restaurants, the tube system and bus stops made this hotel so convenient. We plan to return and wouldnโt hesitate to recommend."

"The property is in a fabulous location in Canary Wharf. The laundry facility was great, the roof and facilities are excellent. Only negative is that I feel the rooms should be cleaned more than once a week. They will clean in between if requested, but this is chargeable. Aside that, would definitely stay there again."
