"Great views and a pleasant stay overall. The panorama is truly beautiful and definitely the highlight. The spa is very nice and new, and exceeded expectations. The staff were kind and helpful throughout our stay. The only downside is that the rooms feel slightly outdated and could benefit from a refresh."

"Great amenities. I love the availability of drinking water and apples at the reception area. Pool can get busy, hardly any deck available but lovely addition to our stay, i felt rejuvenated after using sauna and steam room. Clean and comfortable rooms. Nice and helpful concierge. Few minutes walk towards Tower Bridge- so beautiful at night. Love how the bar is open til late! Sum it all up, a wonderful stay."

The staff we encountered were all very friendly, especially the lady who greeted us on arrival and showed us the electronic check-in option (sorry, can’t remember her name). I work in 5-star hospitality, and that was the feeling I got from this hotel!"

"The room was gorgeous, probably the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The team prepared the room with balloons and a cake as I was celebrating a birthday. They made it feel even more special with that extra touch. I will definitely be staying here again in future! "
