"The pros: Great location. Walking distance to Thames River. Easy to get to from Gatwick Airport. Marks and Spencerโs just up the street. Walking distance to just about anything (seriously, just walk around. Itโs the best way to explore London). Good gym with everything you need. Solid breakfast. Arnel who works in the restaurant is the highlight of my morning The cons (Iโm knit-picking) Area can feel busy if you donโt like tourists lol rooms donโt really have a view. Wouldnโt let me check in an hour early unless I paid a fee"

Some man thought he reserved the pool for himself and family and told everyone to get out and complained to staff. The rooms were very dusty and not cleaned properly. Breakfast was great."

"Both the room and staff are 5 star. Room was great size, shower room was spacious and bed v comfortable. Staff fun and friendly. Sadly I was not able to access the roof top pool or bar as it was closed for a private functions both nights I was there. I did get to use for breakfast on my last morning and it is bright and am sure great to use at night. The breakfast choice was average -v surprised not to have a juice option -just tea/coffee or water. Would highly recommend the hotel for location, room and staff- just wish all the amenities were avail to residents."
