"Small lift to the lift wasnโt working, had to carry the pram up the stairs each time which was a little inconvenient as quite heavy. Not great if was disabled. Air con in room looked very old system and didnโt really cool room down on coolest setting. Lucky wasnโt too hot of a day. Room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom little old. Pool facilities were very nice."

"Great location right next to Tower Bridge, across the road from Tower of London and 5 minute walk through underpass walkways to Tower Hill station which gives easy access to most of London. And a river ride pier a fee steps away. Staff excellent. Room good size. Many food options in the immediate area. Nice was a ยฃ7 voucher for skipping a day of housekeeping. Being more used to โsave the planet/donโt change towels โ messages with no acknowledgement that saving the planet also saves laundry and other costs for the proprietor. Nice move Tower Hotel. Let down was a tired over the bath shower with slightly loose grab handles. It let down the otherwise good overall standard of the room. In all an excellent base to see two of Londonโs big attractions just outside the hotel door."

"Great staff, clean room! No fridge in the room which was slightly inconvenient. Aircon was good, room was small but fine for the evening as we were out at a concert. Window was large (added extra cost) Walls however were thin so could hear disturbance in the night/morning. But overall very pleasant and would use again for a concert or a night out. As price we paid was great for location!"
