" Jewel Grande Montego Bay Resort & Spa was beautiful! The staff were welcoming and always nice. We really enjoyed our staff. The only issue we encountered during our stay was the restaurant options. One of the restaurants was not open throughout our stay, and another one was closed during the time it was scheduled to be open. "The customer service exhibited by the receptionists on our arrival and departure was par excellance The waitress who served us breakfast was v nice friendly and polite. "I had a wonderful time good food good drinks most importantly, awesome customer service. I have nothing bad to say about this resort I love love loved it.❤️❤️❤️ Security should lighten up on the vendors in the ocean. They bring a big vibe of Jamaica to the resort. I read reviews about the property owner Karl that wasn’t too good but I went to stay at his property and although I didn’t meet him in person but He made sure my stay was Perfect.
