"The bed was very comfortable, room overall and breakfast were also great!"

"Dated requiring refurbishment also when we opened bedroom there was loads of birds droppings on the corner of the window cill because there was a house Martin or swallow had been nesting therefor had to close window and get no fresh air. "Warm welcome on arrival and a free upgrade o a lovely room. The room was clean and had everything we needed for our comfort and convenience. Breakfast was fantastic and the staff in the dining room very friendly and helpful. Had two meals in Chaplins restaurant and all 4 of us enjoyed our meals, again the staff member was friendly and helpful. We were a party of four and had two rooms and everyone was happy and enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you for the upgrades much appreciated. Would...

"Stayed twice now, consistently good, breakfast is fantastic. A nice change from the constants Hilton buffets I’ve had most of the year."

"We had a room with a queen bed. There were obvious electrical problems in the hallways, as the overhead lights were not working, and there were lamps set up on little tables along the hallway. to provide light but were kind of pain to maneuver suitcases around. The place has potential but was not as grand...

"Breakfast was excellent. Cooked English breakfast was substantial and very tasty. Staff very friendly. Hotels immaculately clean. Nice hot shower."

"Very convenient location. But hard to find as it’s just a gate that leads into a close. Very nice interior once out of the close and spacious room."

"Comfortable stay with very clean room. Excellent breakfast and amazing, friendly hosts."

"Friendly and welcoming"

"Breakfast. I waited over half an hour to get a pot of tea. I was finished my bacon egg tomatoes and mushrooms before a received the tea and had requested it 3times. You can go and get your own coffee so why not tea Also some seats in the inside dinning room are far too low to enjoy eating . We had to ask for another table. I cannot fault the rest of my visit our room was fantastic and spa area great."

"Dated apartment but clean & comfortable"
