"We stayed for 4 days and generally enjoyed it. The location is great, easy to get to and travel from, and the staff are very responsive. There’s a lot to do activities-wise during the day, but all activities finish about 1am latest, although that may change in summer. The food was fine- not incredible but more than fine for just four days, there was enough variety. Overall, a very enjoyable experience "

"Mattresses were worn right down (compacted down to the springs). Futon used as a sofa was SO uncomfortable. Like sitting on marble. Inadequate kitchen items. Please try giving guests a heads-up as to when housekeeping staff will come in!! Desk staff, bar staff, maintenance staff were fabulous!!"

"The staff at the playa park are the best, friendly, very helpful. We’ve been coming to this hotel for 10 years , since it’s very good refurbishment about 8 years ago and a few of the staff are still here which says a lot about place. The food is a very good standard, both of the above are why we keep coming back each year Well done playa park keep it up"

"Large and comfortable room. Nice bed! Water and coffee/team. It's unfortunate that I had accessibe room but still it was comfi. Breakfast was very good and tasty.. pool bar and saloon bar were decent with varied selection.. Staff is great! "

"Felt very rundown and way past its best. Old fashioned interiors and still hints of the 1980s everywhere. Average client was old and pretty boring. That’s how the entire place felt. Facilities were super tired - like the gym. Shame as it’s a great spot. Worse part may have been the food. It was just like the entire vibe - boring and out of touch. Staff friendly. "
