"Really great place. It's just opened so everything is new and the environment cosy. Location is good and the promotional price I paid was excellent value with included breakfast and a nice 5-bed shared room with a decent bathroom. The WiFi was good and a coffee was a reasonable 35 as were beers at 50. Breakfast was included too and was decent also. "I can’t say enough good things about my stay. The location is fabulous. It’s a beautiful building. But what really stood out was the amazing staff. Every single person there knew me by name and we’re always so lovely and kind to me. I felt always at home and cared for. Everybody always went out of their way to make sure my stay was good and that I was having a good day. On my birthday they brought me a surprise cake and just really treated me so special. "It was one of the best hostels where I stayed in central America. I chose the private room with AC. It was very comfortable and well located. I could take advantage of the swimming pool several times a day. In the price, a good breakfast was included and the coffee was free all day. The reception helped me with the organization of 2 tours in the area. The Masaya volcano 25 usd and the Isletas 18 USD. "

"The door lock was broken, there was a lot of noise on the second floor, and the dog barked incessantly. I checked that breakfast was included, and he said, "Let me show you a picture of where it says so." I showed it to him, even though he knows perfectly well it's included.
