A lovely hotel, well-located in Granada.

A lovely, quiet, comfortable place to stay. Staff (Brandon, Jaime, et al) were remarkably welcoming and efficient. Highly recommended in a lovely city.

Very clean property, rooms are roomy. Jaime was helpful and very knowledgeable. Jaime recommended a few restaurants to eat at, he did not disappoint. Every place recommended to us was 10/10 thank you for all help you provide us. Every staff was friendly and helpful but Jaime went above and beyond. I only wish the shower had more lighting besidee that beautiful location, and place was well taken care of.

Beautiful Colonial Hotel

Beautiful historic colonial style hotel. Very large comfortable rooms, quality bedding, AC, safe, mini frdge, beautiful clean pool and garden in the main courtyard. Excellent Staff were all so kind and welcoming. Its a well managed small boutique hotel. Central park, restaurant zone, colonial churches are all within a 5 minute walk.

A brief stay as a special birthday treat. When we arrived, we were shown to a room with double beds, but we had booked a room with one king-size bed. The little problem was quickly and pleasantly sorted out.

Group of families. Staff were friendly and helpful, pool was lovely (and a welcome place to cool off). When our kids were noisy one morning (and disruptive to another guest) the staff approached us with exceptional professionalism. It’s never an easy situation to navigate, showed consideration for all involved, and impressed me. Staff helped us to arranged transport to several activities, all of which was punctual. Location is quiet but very close (<5 min walk) to the central square.

Very easy access to the market for shopping and dining. Walking distance from the central park and easy access to transportation. As sugestión they need to work on the breakfast menu, the same breakfast every day and repeat it for your stay is really a killer. Fruits need to be washed with bottled water otherwise well water will get you sick. Work on better communication with the front desk, restaurant staff always want to charge you for everything. Hopefully they will get better soon. Planning to come back soon.
