"While the staff were nice, the room has mold on the curtains but they claimed it was from water from the AC. There were no night stands to put belongings and the hot water did not work in the shower. "

"We picked this hotel due to its proximity to Waterville Valley ski area. The room was clean however the TV did not work which was a bummer but overall not a big deal. I would stay there again. "

"The check in staffer was fine, she let us get in to our room a little earlier which was great because we had been traveling for several hours. And when I asked for an extra set of towels (2 adults and 1 teen) she brought them fairly quickly. Room was ok you get what you pay for, furniture a lil old and a very small tv. "My wife and I had an amazing stay at The Inn at Pleasant Lake. From the moment we arrived, everything felt calm, welcoming, and thoughtful. The views were beautiful, the setting was quiet and peaceful, and it was the perfect place to relax and unplug. There was plenty of great space throughout the inn to sit, relax, and enjoy coffee. "Breakfast was great. The hotel room itself was ok. Bathroom door didn’t close all the way and the hot water made a very annoying loud noise. There was even writing on the back of the bathroom door. Cable tv and internet provided and quiet location near the hotel. Coffee and tea and cookies available all day. "
