Apartments in Grady County

"Like how secluded the property is. Needs major fixture upgrades in the bathrooms. Had issues with toilets and shower. The remodel was done poorly in the restrooms. I won’t stay again due to bathroom issues. Toilets are small, fixtures were loose, paint splatter in floors, caulking was mess in both bathrooms."

"The location was nice. The rooms are set up nicely with their own bathrooms."

"House and pool area was clean and spacious. The only negative that I can even think of is one of the neighbors like their loud music. Everything else was great!"

"Very nice condo, clean and comfortible, great property manager, answered all questions quickly, we will be back."

"Talk about a very clean space and the pics are exactly how pristine this place is!! 3 BRs/3 Baths, clean floors, comfy beds, view of a water feature in the back with an outdoor seating area (didn't experience unfortunately). What a splendid spot, and not far from downtown. Pillows are too big for my liking and there are some ants along the base board at the entry door. Something that should be treated. Overall, beautiful condo!!! "
