"This hotel completely exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend. The staff is so helpful and in the business of SERVICE. The food was so so good! We had both the breakfast and from the dinner menu, nothing disappointed. When we arrived they left two pasteis de nata and finja as a welcome gift. The bed/mattress was so good and comfortable. "What’s not to love? This wonderful hotel is inside the castle walls! The service we received from the moment we arrived was excellent. We were offered the breakfast upon arrival and our bags were waiting in our room once we returned from a full day of sightseeing. My only regret is not booking another night. Only a taxi can provide door to door service, so if you have heavy luggage, arrange for their efficient pick up or get a taxi. It’s a steep climb up! Highly recommend! "

"La habitación estaba impecable, la Atencion en la Recepcion muy buena, el único inconveniente que tiene el hotel es una calle cerrada como acceso a la puerta del hotel. Muy incómodo porque los taxis se quedan en la esquina, y para salir hay que atravesar la parte de atrás del hotel para llegar a una avenida donde se pueden tomar los taxis"

"Excellent location, just off Rossio Square. Literally 1 min walk from the McDonalds so put in McDonald's address from the airport. Beautiful carpet in hallways and room, and solid wooden shutters, all maing the room almost sound proof. A very beautiful and comfortable hotel. One alley over from the square so perfect for the noise reduction. Highly recommend! "

"We spent 10 days at Dona Graca apartments & were delighted! it was the perfect place for our birthday getaway! Each morning we received fresh rolls & OJ.. our fridge was stocked with yogurts & delicious jellies. The staff was friendly & readily available to assist with questions The space was nicely designed & right outside was a lovely garden area & pool. Close to restaurants & groceries. Highly recommend! "

"Tolles Hotel, wirkt noch sehr neu und frisch, fußläufig sehr viel zu sehen. Ansonsten vom Uber abholen lassen, die sind sehr günstig in Lissabon. Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit."

"Great location in old town which is shabby-chic area. Yes, there are a lot of outdoor stairs to the suites but it’s a great way to keep up with your exercise! Lisbon itself is full of hills so be aware of this before going :) The staff at Castello are super nice & helpful. We loved our suite - very clean, bed was comfortable, so nice to be able to eat in when you want in the comfort of your pjs ;) Breakfast was included and was plentiful. We felt safe in the neighborhood and things you may see...
