"This was my first and not last trip to this hotel. I was very pleased with the room, restaurant and bar areas. The location is on the Riverwalk, but not in the middle of the loud craziness, which was nice. The only real unexpected surprise was the $64/night valet parking. However, ill be back, as the hotel was an excellent value for the quality of the hotel."

"Huge Cockroach - “water bug” they said. Same thing! Spider in bed. Pills from previous guest on floor in corner- still there when we left. Bed changed once in 10 days- only after i asked because of the dead spider. Floors filthy- black socks (don’t go barefoot!) - asked yo have it mopped. Nope- just swept. “Not enough staff to do deep clean”. Manager “not on site” when we asked to speak to them. AC. doesn’t work correctly- room stayed ay 70 or above- thermostat didn't alter the room temp. It was like it was on a preset temp and even if you changed the setting to cooler, it did not happen. With no air movement it was difficult to sleep at night, just too hot!. Do not recommend this! Pics look nice - but they are deceiving l. "
