"Dårlig renhold. Vi måtte få redd opp sengene på nytt, da det var hår i alle 4. Teppene var ikke rene , og det mangler håndkler. Frokosten var bra og beliggenheten i forhold til Liseberg utmerket. Trikken går på utsiden, og det var gode parkeringsmuligheter på hotellet til en rimelig pris."

"Stunning rooms with beautiful views. The staff were all super helpful and lovely throughout and able to provide great recommendations when asked. The sauna facilities were excellent (beautifully designed and functional - truly 5 star) and the heated pool just fantastic. Not to mention the food either which was sensational from breakfast to lunch and dinner with non-staying guests regularly stopping by for food and drinks. "Brilliant stay at a lovely hotel with our toddler who found the hotel magical. The hotel is brilliant and while more expensive compared to other hotels, well worth it. The staff were great and amenities superb. If I had to give some constructive feedback it would be to review the eggs at breakfast - powdered eggs are just not pleasant and for the price I would expect proper eggs.
