The location of being right near the Mt.Washington and the Presidential mountain range gave us spectacular views which were priceless. We got to see 2 Moose on our way back home from dinner in Jackson N.H. We couldn’t believe our eyes it was a once in a lifetime experience.

The views are spectacular! Hiking paths right outside the door. Love the fire pit on the deck. The resort is comfy and relaxing and the staff is both welcoming and friendly. We have stayed on several different occasions and have loved it.

The Glen House is located in a stunningly beautiful location. The facility itself has a lovely outdoor fire pit and offers a comfortable place to enjoy the mountain views. The onsite restaurant offers delicious breakfast items. I recommend the French toast with berries for a cinnamon treat. Make reservations for dinner if you want to ensure a table. Our dinner waitress was genuinely pleasant, and Moriah at the front desk was helpful. The only “glitch” I experienced was that Google maps consistently did not bring me to the hotel. Instead it insisted my destination’s end was at Pinkham Notch, just a few minutes away. I would stay here again.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay here very much overall. It was a beautiful snowy weekend and the mountain views were lovely. We enjoyed swimming in the heated pool and having delicious drinks at the bar. The restaurant food itself unfortunately fell extremely flat. We felt it was very overpriced for food that seemed to be rushed, undercooked, and under seasoned. The room was very nice and the shower was great, though the room could have been cleaned more thoroughly. We found some hair, crumbs, and stains on the bed sheets that turned us off. Overall we would go back if in town, but would definitely choose to eat somewhere else.

Well sited property in the midst of the mountains, with great views great staff very clean, very good restaurant but as with most modern hotels, the air tends to be dry in the rooms where a window cannot be opened and a fan runs all night with central heating AC.

I would have been a 5 however our entire stay no one ever came to straighten room. We called for trash twice, and it was never taken. Thankfully we had a balcony to just piled trash there. We have a baby and the diapers piled up. Food was amazing. Room very cute. Gym perfect for vacation. Pool nice, but unfortunately was temp of 76 degrees.

The hotel is lovely, clean and staffed with helpful friendly people. It has beautiful cross country ski trails at your door and a ski shop easily accessible across the road with an easy access tunnel beneath the road. The only reason I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 was because the menu was not vegan friendly and our meals came out cold. We wound up making a trip to a nearby walmart to get sandwich makings to eat in our room.

Unfortunately, I have to change my review for this place! we stayed at this place last year and we really enjoyed our stay and that's why we decided to come back this year. I wish I could record the level of noise we are going through right now. They are having a wedding party and they gave us a room right above the wedding room. The whole room is shaking and it is 9pm. The staff are telling me there is nothing they can do about it and I just need to wait for another hour (10pm). This is absolutely the worst hotel experience I had in all my hotel stays. Here is what they could do: - Not assign rooms above the party room to non-wedding people. - Let us know in advance if we are OK with this - Change our room - Control the level of bass of the music so the whole room doesn't shake. This is quite poor hotel management. You are going to lose our business. There are plenty of other options around.

What a beautiful property. We enjoyed the proximity to Wildcat and the ability to cross country ski right out the back door. The staff are very friendly and responsive. We will definitely be back.

The views were amazing and the kids loved going tubing right behind the property. The only thing that was disappointing was the pool was absolutely freezing even though it is advertised as heated. Other than that we will most definitely be back!

When you walk into the property you are memorized with the beautiful. The property is well maintained and the staff was very friendly. Enjoyed the activities that the property offers. This was the first time but what be the last time and the prices were very good.

I would have been a nice stay but we had to leave early . Rooms around us banging doors over and over again. starting @530am. Front desk did not help so we ended early.

Two day get away.

The property itself has breathtaking views of Mt. Washington and the National Park range of Mountains. The hotel front desk staff is not polite. The waitress/host has is also unfriendly. The bar/restaurant is not run by the hotel. They allow people who are not guest but obviously had used the Alpine ski trails adjacent to hotel to come in and take-up all the seating; couch and chairs from all the tables and then hang all their wet, sweaty and very smelly outer clothes on additional chairs in front of the fireplace for drying. This left little to no space for paying guests to enjoy Aprie-Ski and subjected hotel guests to feeling like they were sitting in a locker room. Management of the hotel and Bar were approached to rectify the situation. They did not see it as a problem there hotel guests were out placed. Nor did they see it as problem the group has rearranged all the furniture and moved many of the chairs from tables to drape their wet clothes in front of the fireplace. I will never return given the prices and the lack of decorum and respect.

The place is over rated. Lacks fridg, coffee maker,. Pool is small gym only 3 machines. The Restaurant food is expensive and service is horrible took 1 hour to get our food and was not good at all. Not worth the money. Over price for what it is.
