"I was double charges $969 by IHG Indigo North Conway NH.
When I tried to call, all I could get was the poor voice response automation and was unable to resolve their error over the phone. As a result, I then had to open a credit card dispute to get the duplicate charge removed.
This issue is still not resolved and I have wasted a lot of my limited personal time trying to fix the hotel’s error."
