"What a wonderful place to stay near the entrance to the Mt. Washington Auto Road entrance. The grounds are beautifully maintained, the rooms exceptionally clean, and the staff at the front desk, maintenance, housekeeping, and wait/bar were all pleasant and did their jobs well. "Few properties have an indoor pool and hot tub at this price, so that's a nice perk. Important if you're old and on a multi-day hiking trip. However, the pool is not well maintained. VERY humid in there, locker rooms closed/taped off, like they're actively working on it/doing construction, which was the same when I stayed there a full year ago. Also, I called before booking to ask if it was worth paying extra for the "suite" and was told it has a couch and extra space, so I did pay more for that...

"New IHG property in Conway NH was wonderful. Front desk Jordan is a gem! We stayed with our dog and the room was perfect i.e. not near a stairwell or elevator so traffic was minimal. Very clean room and public areas. Can't say enough good things about this hotel."
