"This hotel is block away from the Black Ball Ferry and harbor. The Parliament Bldg is less than a block away. All the attractions and lots of restaurants are close by. The room was very clean. Note that like many hotels this far north, they don't have A/C. It wasn't a problem, as the days only got up to about 80 and it dropped into the 60's at night. We would stay here again."

"The hotel is a bit dated but some upgrades have been done like adding lots of receptacles. The walls are very thin and you can hear everything going on in the hallway. The location was good, close to lots of stores. There is no breakfast available and the restaurant on site opens at 10am, so be sure to grab some goodies. The kitchenette is a nice touch to cover that."

"The location is superb and the building is beautiful. The staff was very pleasant, and Nicole Stetz at Gold and Christine in the spa were exceptionally wonderful. And the staff in the Gold lounge were very pleasant, efficient, and helpful. On the less positive side, the carpets could use a good cleaning, and the pillows and drapes in the room did not match the quality expected. A bucket of ice took nearly an hour to arrive. The HVAC system is quite loud, and on 2 mornings, a very loud lawn mower and leaf blower could be heard just after 8am."
