"We thought the hotelโs location, the view, and the breakfast were the best parts of our stay. We will definitely be coming back. The staff were incredibly polite, friendly, and always willing to help. The only small downside was that the restaurant menu had limited options. Overall, it was an excellent place to stay, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful experience."

"A really lovely stay at the ibis budget. A very short walk to the lake and a 20 minute walk to the centre of Lugano. Room was kept very clean and staff were friendly. Paradiso train station a 5 minute walk and bus stops nearby. Recommend the bakery/tea room round the corner!"
