"Our experience was great from check-in to check-out. Ririn, Erni and all the wonderful staff at Borobudurhills made sure we had a very pleasant stay. They went above and beyond to arrange tours, provide transportation and even order food at a local restaurant for us. The premises are clean and organized. Our room was perfect. "Bad hotel bad management, when I came to the hotel, I have been rejected because they said I wasn't booking and paid for 2 night stay. I have already paid so I lost my money and didn't get any hotel So dissapointed for this. Hope hotel.com can compensate with me. "
