"What began as a trip with a beautiful sea-view room quickly turned into a sanitation and safety hazard. Upon arrival, we discovered a massive ant colony living inside the walls. My two small children and I were bitten multiple times. Because the hotel had no other large rooms available, they offered to split our young family into two separate rooms—an unacceptable option. Desperate, I agreed to let them spray, and that night, the staff and I literally had to hunt and kill 100 to 200 ants...

"The property was the most beautiful of all properties that we stayed at during our 3 weeks in Europe. The room was large with a beautiful bathroom, lots of character and the most wonderful views. The included breakfast could not be faulted and due to an early check out on our last day, the staff put together a breakfast box to takeaway so that we did not miss out. The staff were friendly and hospitable. The accommodation was conveniently located, and easy walk to town and the train station...
