"Breakfast was not too good"

"Hotel told me they had no room for me. Hotel sent me an email confirming reservation 6 months ago. Hotel sent me a request for a review. When I went to check in, I was told Expedia never forwarded my reservation. How am I getting emails from the hotel if they didn't know I had a reservation?"

"I would have rated all 5 stars but my room had a very hard mattress and a unit that made a noise. However, I was moved to another room and treated very well. Staff at this facility is top notch. All were very professional and friendly. Rooms were clean. My second room had a comfortable bed. Free breakfast had good selections. Highly recommend Marriot TownePlace Suites."

"The room floor is as dirty when we arrived tha our socks were black. We asked for it to be cleaned the housekeeper said no she was done. There was no cable our entire stay. They did not clean the rooms or have clean towels. Tried making a complaint but I was told to speak with Maureen but she impossible to reach. This is unacceptable! Do not stay here!!!"

"We were very pleased. The room was very large which was unexpected. Plenty of room to stretch out over the 3 day stay. The room and all common areas were very clean as well as the parking lot which was very well lit. Breakfast was served each morning and had a nice assortment of items to pick from.
