"The staff are amazing. Everyone was as helpful as they could be. My only 2 issues were that I booked a room with a balcony and that wasn’t the case when I showed up. "I would stay at the Gasthof Schoenegg B&B again in a heartbeat. For a true Swiss Chalet like experience this is it. The view from our corner room was something out of a dream. We slept with the windows open so we woke up to mountain views on each side every morning. The attention to detail for the breakfast is incredible. "Summary: Barely 3 star, not a good value for what we paid ($500/night) The Good: = Great location 3 min walk from train station = Vintage charm = Good breakfast spread The Bad: = Poor maintenance. Mold in shower, doors getting stuck = Room lacked basic amenities like conditioner, lotion = Reception staff seemed clueless, any question needed 3 people to answer. Desk closes down at 11 pm !!"
