"Rooms do not have AC instead you are given a fan , which isn't sufficient when it's 31 degrees outside. Water pressure was low in our room so we could not shower until after 2pm despite reporting the issue at 10am. The room we were given was on the ground floor and did not have an outdoor area therefore we were unable to use this to dry our clothes outside in the warm weather. "On arrival we checked in and were given the key card to our room. However it didn’t work so we had to go all the way back to reception and were then told that there was a glitch and none of the cards were working! "The studio was lovely and well kept. Modern and great for a night's stay. We stayed in the summer and It is very hot inside, the owner does provide a fan which was a godsend. My only real issue was there's an excessive amount of mould and mildew in the shower. I wouldn't normally put it as a issue because mould in grout is common, difficult to remove and not a big deal but this was also on the surface of the tiles which can be dealt with. "Clean modern room with a small fan and soap / shower gel supplied. Unfortunately no tea and coffee facilities in the room although there was a lounge downstairs with an honesty box. I just needed a cup so I’m not sure if the tea or coffee was charged for. It was supposed to be unmanned but the staff were there and helped me check in and a missing remote. The remote didn’t help much though a so the signal for the tv was bad. I had my iPad and connected to the free internet no problem. All in all...

"The location was optimal for me, as was the value for the price. Nice studio design. The bathroom was a little small, but minor gripe. The stairs/hallways were a little worn, but the room was spotlessly clean. They maybe should advise people that the building is a walk up, with no elevator. Overall, a great value for the money, and I will definitely stay here again, next time I’m in town for work (or for holiday.) I recommend. 👍"
