"We were very impressed with the service, comfort, decor, amenities and value of the Aiden hotel! The staff was friendly, helpful, kind and responsive to our questions and needs (e.g. what bus to take where, requests for more towels). "It was conveniently located in area with access to I-80 to get around. Ice cream place a block away and plenty of places to eat nearby. Hotel itself was very nice with everything looking like new. Room was very nice with comfortable set up. We were allowed to change from a king to a double queen room with no hassle. Staff was very friendly and helpful."

"Would totally stay here again. They do not have a parking lot but we only had to park 1 block away. The coffee shop in the morning is pretty delicious with lots of regulars enjoying their drinks here. Staff was very nice & friendly. Room was quiet & clean. Bed was comfortable. Fun neighborhood. "phone & wi-fi access was terrible. that said the room was surprisingly quiet considering how close to freeway we were & very convenient to places we went tho none were 'walkable' still the staff were excellent & very helpful (due to train schedule we arrived quite late and they were most accomidating = loved having a fridge/microwave- tv service was great. i personally found the mattress hard but i like a softer one. wish they had softer pillows tho. -- this is not against the room - i just find...
