"Element did not disappoint! We were looking for a beachfront property and not only did the beautiful beach impress - just steps from the pool deck, the array of other amenities made this the perfect property for our R&R stay. Breakfast was plentiful - especially stellar was Patty, the weekday breakfast hostess, and daily grill features and a yogurt bar too! "Great location directly on the beach. Nice pool and beach access. Rooms seem recently updated. Beds comfortable. Plenty of towels (beach and bath). Staff was very friendly and responsive. One thing that could improve our stay would be some sort of shower caddy or shelf. There was no spot in the shower for shampoo/soap. Overall a great spot and we would stay again."

"Staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Part of this facility is old school Florida with low buildings and outdoor entry. Don’t be fooled by the pictures that every room has a beachfront view. Rooms are updated, beds/ pillows comfortable, however the walls are thin and we could hear our neighbors TV late into the night and early morning wake up! Breakfast was typical hotel selection and the staff there was very friendly and greeting everyone like family."

"We stayed here after our Disney cruise and overall had a really positive experience. When I booked, I didn’t fully think through the 4:00 PM check-in time compared to our 10:30 AM arrival after disembarking, so that’s something future cruise travelers may want to plan around. "The stay was fine but the hotel is old and needs updating. Molding on the walls was coming off and hanging in the kids room. The breakfast was hot and the menu was diverse. The hot tub was blocked off with caution tap when we were there. I would stay there again because of the kids room setup with the two twin beds and a king. "

"Bedding was dirty. Had to request new bedding multiple times. Rooms need updated and grounds need landscaping. DJ was nice to listen to. "

"I gave two stars because of the staff lady checking me in. She was rude and not accommodating at all. We arrived early from a cruise, couldn’t get our room, and was told room before 1pm would cost $40. We had a handicap room and apparently the people before us had a late 12:00 checkout? I don’t believe they had just one handicap room in the entire hotel. I asked when can we expect then to get our room? She said probably 1pm. We saw the people check out and leave at 12:15. We finally got our room...

"Hotel was nice, clean and great gym area and restaurant attached. Only thing that was bad was we stayed there before a cruise and the elevator broke and 8 days later when we returned...elevator STILL broke!! Other than this it was a nice stay"
