The property was walking distance to the beach, clean and tidy but the apartment itself is dated and needs an upgrade. Old, stained lounge that you could not get out of, loose carpeting, only 1 saucepan. All remotes eg tv, fans, etc. didn't function properly. Doesn't have what many of the other apartments eg coffee pod machine

We booked two apartments for our near week long stay. These are self catering apartments, and not serviced, unless stays are 8 days or longer. Both units had laundry facilities, dishwashers, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and spacious living area. The property is one back from the beachside park and beach, but views are limited on the lower floors. There is a rooftop deck with spa. The ground level pool and spa is nicely set up with adjacent seating. The property is well located within walking distance to the Broadbeach restaurants and shopping at the nearby Oasis mall and Pacific Fair, and the Casino and Conference Centre. I would estimate the property to be about 25 years old, and is more a residential property than one of the glitzy high rise buildings sprouting up all round the area. We would stay again.

Great size apartment with all the necessary items required for a ten day stay. The pool and spas were great and it is so close to the beach and the shopping area. We were able to walk to the casino in about 10 minutes, the same for pacific fair shopping mall. Would recommend for couples and families.

Property was extremely dirty. Was dead hugs everywhere. Was a very unpleasant stay. Only stayed one night out of 4 and left and booked other accomodation. Tried to get a refund and they refused, even after they had moved us to a second room that was just as bad. Was by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at would never recommend it to anyone

Great location, friendly management, nice apartment - some basic maintenance was an issue - leaking pipe in kitchen and mismatched kitchen and cooking utensils. E.g., why provide a microwave safe dish if it doesn’t fit in the microwave!! Construction of apartment tower next door was noisy to continue until March 2023.

hotel très calme , gérants sympathiques, appartement très spacieux mais sale et vieillissant. le ménage n'avait pas été fait si ce n'est les derniers occupants qui avaient rangé. la literie était propre mais pas de protection sur les matelas. Nous étions en RDJ, 2 chambres. le sol était plein de sable. C'est moi qui ai nettoyé sur les dessus des meubles et étagères des placards pour poser des affaires. Il y avait de la moisissure ds les cabines de douche dues au manque de nettoyage. Les meubles des salles d'eau étaient vieillissant tout comme le canapé qui devrait etre changé. L'eau de la piscine ne semblait pas claire non plus. dommage nous étions très bien
