The pub has a great atmosphere, enjoyed our stay, easy walk to main centre too, or tram if need to go further.

The location is very convenient - walking distance to surfer's paradise, and steps away from the beach! The pub located in the hotel is also delicious. Make sure to check their daily specials and try at least once while you are there. If you are arriving late, make sure to call the hotel in advance to arrange a late check-in!

Love this place. Basic accommodation but always clean with great staff. Pub is sensational.

Excellent capable and friendly staff. Good kitchen, and as one expects in an Irish Pub, the Kilkenny and Guinness were superb.

Close proximity to loads of restaurants and cafes, staff were lovely and helpful, unfortunately we couldn't eat there as they had a private function on.

Easy walk 1 block to the beach and walk along beach to Surfers The meals at the pub were great and a variety and it was quiet at night very little noise after 9 .30.

Good basic motel but very clean, no service but they offered clean towels every day, it was quiet as the pub closes early. Shops near by, a microwave would have been good, great shower and comfy bed,. Can’t fault the room

We found the room suitable for our needs. The only thing I didn’t like was we were in a room that had an adjoining room. It felt like the people in the other room were in our room. I found that a bit unnerving at first. If we had known we would of asked for a single room without the door in between. Otherwise we have no complaints.

This is a budget motel in a very convenient location. But the facilities are limited and there is no roon service. I stayed for 5 nights and the room was never made. I wouldnt recommend for a family. Good for couples or friends looking for budget accomodation right next to Surfers Paradise.

Pleasantly surprised as with a price of $130 per night we were not sure what to expect. What we discovered a Boutique hotel in an excellent location and yes an Irish pub.

The staff was amazing, even I ask store my luggage before the check in, as I needed to check out from the other place and I have plans from morning till night, so I need a place to store my luggage. The room was nice and clean and spacious. But if they have free wi-fi, would be the best.

The Darcy Arms is a great Irish Pub with a good feel & very Helpful & accommodating Staff. The Motel / Hotel is Basic but the Bed was comfy & the rooms large enough. Close to beach & transport and in a lovely location. Great for an overnight or short stay.
