You booked 1 Standard Apartment (12F) through Expedia and you booked a Superior Apartment (11F) direct with the Resort. These room types differ as Superior Apartments have been renovated and are priced accordingly. Please choose Superior Apartments for your future stays if you are looking for something more modern. We will pass on your feedback to our Maintenance team regarding the taps. As you were with us for 5 nights, did you report the dripping tap to Reception so we could have fixed during your stay? We apologise if you found the after hours service confusing and long. You should have received an SMS with the code to the afterhours lock box to collect keys, with a car park map and instructions on how to get to your apartments. We hope that you will choose to stay with us again when next travelling to Burleigh Heads.
