"It is a nice modern hotel in the center of town, but in a place that is easy to get to. I liked the fact that they had a pool table in the lobby and a great restaurant around the back. Would def recommend. "

"No Heat in the room. I guess there is a hide switch they said I should have called the front desk at 3:00 AM in the morning. The room was not ready for guest... it's not up to me to turn the heat controller "

"The front desk people were very helpful. The room was nice. My Mom and I are below average short (under 5') and had a hard time getting in and out of the beds, and the shampoo, etc bottles fixed to the wall were too high for us to reach. Other than that, it suited our last minute needs."

"Couldn't have asked for a nicer stay! Despite brutal weather the hotel was warm and comfortable, had welcoming staff and a great restaurant and lounge. Rooms were very clean. Will definitely stay here again."

"This was our second stay within a 2 month period. The staff was very courteous and welcoming. The hotel room was very clean. There was some noise at times from traffic on the highway but overall it was quite quiet and restful."

"Solo female traveler. I felt safe and very comfortable. The front desk called me about a hour after I checked in to see if I needed anything. Only things I noticed were that the lobby smelled gross and I think a couple of friends showed up to party there but I didn’t hear anything in my room. I left at 3 am for a flight so I didn’t experience breakfast. I would definitely recommend for a convenient safe comfortable and clean stay near bus or airport"

"Do not stzy here. The heat didn't work the room wS very cold. We were told they had no other roos . I bood for a handicapped bathroom and got a tub with a chair. We i can't lift my leg over the hogh tub without falling. Go through anoter company lot of other ways to book a hotel room. I dislike hotels.com. "

"Check in was easy, the room was clean. The cookies were delicious and breakfast was great! The hallways could have used a good vacuuming."
