"Room was clean, staff was friendly, the pool was nice for having toys for kids and towels but it had some globbs of hair and a weird smell/taste of you got water near or in your mouth. It wasn't like normal pool chlorine.. but the kids had fun regardless. It worked for us to stay for one night after going to a water park near by."

"Staff was very unhelpful. There were no microwaves or refrigerators in the rooms. A dreadful experience. I would not have stayed, however, the room was prepaid and i was unsure how to get a refund. Having doubts about using Expedia for unknown locations."

"We stayed two nights at this property, it is not a hotel at all, it is rooms for stay. The location is not in a great part of Middletown and looks nothing like the outside photo that is in the listing, and I was not comfortable leaving the property by myself. The first night we returned back, the front door to the building was wide open, we were scared to enter the building, and someone was parked in our designated space. I immediately contacted Expedia and they were not able to reach Norman....
