"Fantastic hotel. Very modern and clean, located right on Mariacka Street which on one hand is ideal location wise but on the other, if you have a room on the street side then the noise will be a nightmare. Fortunately the wonderful staff on reception were happy to move me rooms to the back of the hotel when it became clear I'd get no sleep. Would recommend"

"Spacious and very clean room with a comfortable bed. The only downside was the air conditioning, which didn't work properly. Even when running continuously and set to the lowest temperature, it didn't cool the room effectively. It felt like it was simply circulating the air rather than actually cooling it. The breakfast was excellent - delicious, varied, and served over a long period (from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM), which was very convenient. There is also parking available right next to the hotel, which is a great convenience."

"I typically choose this hotel for business because of its fantastic location next to the main tram stops, making my commute to the office effortless. Unfortunately, the trams were out of service during this visit, requiring a bit of extra walking. That aside, the rooms feel fresh, and the hotel remains exceptionally clean with excellent amenities. My only real complaint this time was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom drains in Room 1008 every night. I gave this hotel a 5-star review last time, but due to the odor, I’m rating it a 4. Otherwise, it's a highly recommended stay for both business and leisure travelers wanting to be just a short, walkable distance from the city center."

"Great stay in Katowice! Location was great for walking and taking public transit. The room was very nice with a clean bathroom and fluffy big towels. We enjoyed the candy jars everywhere and the breakfast spread was amazing! Above aqnd beyond expectations! But the staff was the best part of our stay. The front desk reception was very nice and informative and helped us with transportation, and the bar was perfect! Open after a long day and during the day and the staff was fantastic!"
