Room was very clean, tea and coffee replaced every day. The bed was so good, best nights sleep in years. Would use and go again, great location next to the train station and plenty of shops in the area.

The hotel was central and made travelling by train / bus so convenient. The bars, restaurants and shops were literally on the door step. The hotel was clean and quiet. The breakfast was fab with lots of choice and the hot buffet was different each day - this has always annoyed me in other hotels when it is the same hot food each day. Would definitely recommend this hotel for tourists visiting Katowice.

This is a great place to stay if you want to be within walking distance from the main attractions and neighbourhoods. The staff is wonderful and friendly. The hotel restaurant/bar is very comfortable. The hotel was for us a modern home for a few days. Katowice was a surprise for its progressive, modern approach and its Silesian pride.

Rezeption: hilfsbereit zimmer: geräumig und hübsch bad: modern und sehr sauber innerhalb der MERCURE-kette in der ausstattung im obersten niveau frühstück: extrem vielfältige auswahl, lässt keine wünsche offen parkgarage mit direktem zugang zum hotel lage: in wenigen minuten in der fussgängerzone mit vielen restaurants Klare empfehlung!

The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, and it was immaculate. Also, the small things make a difference, which is why I'm writing to say the body wash (Elemental Herbology) in the hotel smells so good. I will definitely stay again.

Our room was large and very comfortable with excellent air con. It had everything you needed. The staff were professional, friendly and efficient. It was an excellent location next to everything. The bar was a nice environment for drinks. The price was extremely good value for money. I can't think how it could be improved other than a shower cubicle rather than a shower over a bath but that is personal choice.
