"To say that the photographs of the apartment were misleading would be a misuse of the term. Totally mis-representational would be more appropriate (it was a completely different space). On arrival, there was no-one there to give us keys and no-one answered the phone when we tried repeatedly to call. Only after we hijacked one of the neighbours keys and left a message through the ski hire guy did we get a call at nearly midnight and finally got let into a room (not the one we booked). They...

"The hotel was very nice and the staff were very friendly and eager to help. The rooms are very clean, an important detail for me. I also enjoyed the continental breakfast. The selection wasn't huge, but decent quality. For a short stay, it's ideal."

"Isabela and the rest of the staff were all great. They recommended the affiliated restaurant (Irma) located right in front of them - and that was really good as well (big thanks to Emma). The place is in what I consider a really great location at one end of Lake Annecy with a fantastic view across the length of the lake. A bicycle rental shop 2 minutes away is a GREAT way to get around the lake to Old Annecy with clear bicycle paths along huge stretches of the lake. My son a d I really loved...
