"Our stay at The Black Bass in September was superb. The staff were so friendly and polite, and couldn't do more to make us comfortable. Our room was lovely, very clean and the bed was comfortable. The outside area on the lakeside was stunning. We sat here everyday, enjoying food and wine, and taking in the breathtaking views. We used the spa too, which again was very good, clean and quiet. We cannot wait to return. "

"We loved our stay at Splendid! I have never seen a breakfast spread quite as beautiful and amazing! The butter and croissants and jam selection… magnifique! This hotel does small details so well — from the free drinks in the lobby (vin chaud and chocolat chaud in the evening, coffee in the morning, sparkling water) to the robe and slippers in the room. It is a super location too. We had a terrace overlooking the lake and city, yet the street noises were not noticeable at all. Pick this hotel....

"We absolutely loved this hotel! We had amazing views and relaxation from our balcony overlooking the lake. The room was quite spacious with a very comfortable bed! We also loved the small details — the robe and slippers, blankets for sitting on the balcony, adapter plug, umbrella, etc. The Le Table restaurant in the hotel was amazing also.
