We were directed to the rear of the property as we were mistaken as some of the crew. When we finally did get to check in with the front desk they told us that "this was only going on for the next few days" which meant our entire stay. Next, after settling into our room, our vehicle was entirely surrounded by gear belonging to the film crew. There was poor communication between...

"The room was clean and spacious. Easy to get into and leave. The bed was incredibly comfy. The heater struggled a little with how cold it was (less than 20 degrees) but we kept it on the whole time and it was adequately warm. The bathroom was very big and the shower was really nice. "

"Place is a dump. Looks like it closed down and reopened as a refuse center. Room (cabin) was disgustingly run down. Sheets and room smelled so bad we took out loss and left at 2 am"

"Ski slopes were easy to get to. Amenities on this property were good. There were a lot of Asian Lady Beetles found in the room that was concerning, but overall the place okay. Would have liked more space, especially an area to place muddy shoes. Some of the amenities we had to ask for someone to start the fire, or it just stayed off. No reception on the property other than WiFi. "

"Very disappointed. The Shower did not have hot water and many discussions with manager and front desk- they finally opened another room so we could all go back and forth for a shower. Lucky it was vacant!!!! for the money we spent i would not expect this. This was an inconvenience and no apology at all!!! The reception people were very weird. Gossiping and complaining to each other. They did not seem to know anything about the town or what was open or good No mood at all no...
