"bastante coisas boas, mas o apto em si precisa de varios cuidados, torneira com problema, jato de agua em direção a parede, geladeira sem funcionar,,, poderia estar melhor. No elevador tem uma soleira perigosa em todos os andares - na entrada dos elevadores,, é preciso cudar dos detalhes, mas o resto tudo bem, excelente café da manhã, estacionamento, localização, vista da cidade etc,,,"
