"Comfortable stay, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Comfy mattress, nice communal/ coffee area. The only negative was that the bunk bed isn’t screwed into the wall so if the person on top rolled over, it would wobble and bang on the wall."

"The farmhouse and surroundings are picturesques but the cleanliness could be very much improved. The laminate flooring is worn in places and the amount of rubbish found under beds and sofas was alarming. "

Housekeeping only available by request from nearby Indian restaurant. Guests have access to dining room with fridge and also outside terrace. Central position in Betws y coed. Would stay there again without hesitation."
