"The room was filthy but the real issue came during the final night. From midnight to 3 am, I was constantly disturbed by loud noises outside my room. There was consistent walking, heavy crashing sounds as if someone was dropping something, and to top it off, around 2 am, a staff member began shoveling snow right outside my window. I struggled to fall asleep which was frustrating due to an early flight the next day. In the morning, I noticed the shoveling patterns in the parking lot were random, and the job seemed half-hearted, with snow moved in no particular direction, not even near the walkway. I called the front desk twice and even spoke to an employee in person at 1:30 am, but the situation didn’t improve."

"The room was fine.However I stayed for a week and housekeeping never came to clean or replenish anything. I even had to go to the front desk to get toilet paper. Also no coffee pot in my room."
