Absolutely brilliant experience. The hotel is beautiful. Staff are so friendly and welcoming they can’t do enough for you. A bit slow when ordering room service a few times we had to phone twice as nothing arrived and it took over 1 hour when it did. The food for a 5 star hotel isn’t the best and ...

Elegant small hotel set in a beautiful castle setting with two 5 star restaurants on-site surrounded by beautiful gardens for strolling.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable and there was a couple of minor issues but when I contacted the owner he was straight on it immediately. I’d definitely recommend them.

Beautiful location with lovely, comfortable accomodation. The night staff were very friendly, accomodation and helpful on our arrival. We felt very welcome. However the day time reception staff were quite abrupt and rude not only to us but we watched a few other guests get 'told off' for petty things. ...

We were impressed by the townsfolk who were trying to help us as we had no phone not a reliable GPS
The town of Girvan was awful. Boarded shops and the look of a place of yesterday. it has seen better days.
