"Staying here for 4 nights, room is spacious and exactly as on the photos. Kitchen is well equipped, there is balcony in the photo but is locked and not allowed to access. The toilet seat is not a Japanese style one, shower pressure is weak. There is a 2 in 1 washer and dryer. WiFi is bit slow too. Free parking is a plus. "The staff are all exceptionally helpful. We had booked our room to include club access which turned out to be an excellent choice. Check in to check out was seamless. We avoided the congestion at check in time and check out was done in minutes. We were introduced to Loic who is with management and he explained that there is a concerted effort to enhance the club feature and it is clearly working. It was certainly worth the additional cost. It is a great location with lots to do or not do if you choose to relax by the pool or sea. Our many thanks for a memorable stay to Loic and his staff. Highly recommend staying here and taking advantage of the club experience."

"New property (4 yr), very clean, on a nice beach. Corals and Little Rock's so you need water shoes (they provide flip flops for free to all guests and a nice beach bag per person). Affordable water activities ( by American standards), decent restaurants. It's not your typical western 5 start resort (no room service and no coffee place), but once you get used to it it's nice and very relaxing. Very well mentioned property, extremely helpful staff. Very little English spoken but we managed to get by every day:) everyone super helpful. It's not a swimming beach, as the water is very shallow, if you're looking for that try Takashiko island or others. This is to relax, great for families with little children (lazy rover, many pools for kiddos). We stayed 9 days and they took good care of us. Would hope to come back one day. Note - it's not walking distance to things, you need uber or taxi (was around 25$ to town). Water colors were exquisite and stunning sunsets. Loved the laundry facilities all over the hotel, super useful. Thank you very much for a wonderful vacation. Breakfast was delicious with western and Asian dishes."

"Excellent location, walkable to Kokusai Dori and the monorail. Hotel itself is very clean and modern with standard amenities plus coin laundry and parking - costs 1500 yen a night so not cheap but for the location it’s not bad and definitely more convenient than trying to find and pay for a space in the car parks nearby."

"We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel, however it’s a bit far from anything and the beach is more like an enclosed river; you can only access a small roped off area. It is however beautiful. They were a little stingy in the towels in the rooms and we continuously needed more which seemed to frustrate them."
