"We had to walk through narrow winding steps to the room. If you have a large suitcase, you may have hard time. I expected a local Japanese family to welcome us because I was going to aske some advice and suggestions but it was a Chinese famly. So I did not ask them. Another thing we were not happy about was this Chinese lady asked my husband passport. She made a copy of it. Not only that I had to write my information on the paper and signed it.
