This property was under some mild construction but you will easily forgive that for the rich palace history and amazing detail. Very happy with our stay."

"We loved staying at this hotel. In case you don't know, this used to be a house for a famous Egyptian singer (Om Kolthoom) from the 60s and got converted into a hotel. So, the whole hotel is themed around this singer (photos, decor, signage on doors, etc.). I loved that because I love this singer. It is in a great neighborhood (Zamalek), surrounded by embassies and luxurious old houses on the street behind. The location is also good because it is somewhat central and you can easily take a...
