"We chose this location because it was near the Ducati factory and museum. The hotel was a decent place to spend the night and I would stay there again. "The staff was rude, out of the 5 restaurants 3 were closed. There was no room service. We had 4 rooms booked for our group. They gave easy to access, walkable distance for the 2 room with NO kids and they put the other 2 rooms in an extremely far away room because we had kids. Just awful"

At check-in, we were charged extra for our teenager because I booked her as a child, following Expedia’s booking instructions. However, the hotel staff said she did not qualify as a child. "The rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable. The hallways were quiet at night without any appreciable noise. Some of the staff were very friendly and others were less so. The complimentary breakfast was ok. Their laundry service was very good. The parking was a bit tight in the front of the hotel. Overall, it was a good hotel and definitely one of the better ones in the area."
