"Great staff. Decent breakfast. Very close to the Biltmore. Make sure you get a room on the backside of hotel as road noise on the front is pretty bad."

One employee working maintenance named Diego, saw my husband struggling with our luggage, and he lent us a laundry bin to bring down our stuff as we were getting ready to leave. food was average. This property was convenient for us as we stayed 6 nights. the kitchenette was a big plus. the curtain between bed and sofa should be at least 6ft to create separation."

"We loved staying at this property! The roost is handicap assessed if needed. Quaint cabin with a private woodsy view along with a spacious deck! The beds are comfortable, the bathroom is big plus sit down seat in the shower! They provide all towels even pool towels! Not to mention the pool is was across from us! Very relaxing and quiet. "Peaceful, tranquil, they have a small library which is a huge plus to me. I would definitely go again. Loved the waterfall, pool was clean and accessible. Fresh coffee on the front porch to set out and enjoy the setting was a major plus for us and let’s not forget the bears! Super enjoyable"
