"Overall this is an average hotel. Certainly not 4 star level. The rooms were ok. The bedding was not the most comfortable. The breakfast buffet was good overall. The simit, croissants, and the poğaça were stale. The building is just an older one because of the location, which is probably what limits this hotel. The staff that work the buffet could certainly be more friendly."

One of the room has a weird smell. The rooms are a bit tight for 2 pax with luggage. No issues with cleanliness."

Shampoo was also missing from the bathroom for the first two days of our stay. Housekeeping lacked consistency, with rooms serviced on two days after 5:00 pm and turndown service offered irregularly. Despite a refrigerator being available in the gym, it was never stocked with water, and towels were never available....

"Internet was fine. Location was sketchy but should have checked it out before. Still i felt safe walking at night. Tons of kids and lots of noise until 1am. The room was dingy but after seeing location was expected. But the worst is that it smelled of urine strongly. Like an alley. There are cats everywhere but i work with animals and it wasnt cat urine. Thats more ammonia like. I had to use Peppermint oil and still was horrible. I didnt shower as rhe bathroom looked like the walls by toilet had...

"Das Hotel ist alt und in die Jahre gekommen. Wir hatten ein Suit Zimmer gebucht uns wurde am Tag der Anreise ein 3 Bett Zimmer angedreht mit der Aussage das ist das Zimmer wo sie gebucht haben. Haben das nicht akzeptiert eine Nacht mussten wir in diesem Zimmer verbringen die Betten waren durchgelegen und kaputt. Am 2 Tag haben wir unser Suit Zimmer erhalten. Die Handtücher vom Hotel sind dünn und eklig ich würde empfehlen eigene mit zu nehmen. Safe steht offen im Kleiderschrank so dass sie die...

"Had great interactions with the staff here. Friendly, helpful, and always opened the door for us. Room was comfortable and spacious. Was awesome to have a washing machine and kitchenette (hot plate and fridge). Room was quiet with windows closed despite noise in alley. AC worked well but was noisy. Was fixed quickly by staff when it malfunctioned one evening. Great location."
