"The room smelled I waited over an hour for the airport shuttle my tv wasn't working I came down and asked for help the women behind the desk couldnt hear me because she had headphones the man on tbe couch in lobby told me hed come up i had to go backdown and ask for help because he never came the woman behing counter got rude with mesaid the man was eating hed be up when he was done hed been sitting in that lobby since i first arrived also breakfast consisted of 2cereals3 wrinkled tangerines some apples and 3 yogurts left in fridge at 745 am shuttled had to be called in am again although i had been told it ran every half hour"

"Room was clean and a good size. Bathroom in serious need of an update. Pool was closed for Maintenance"

"The person who checked me in had an attitude, then gave me a room with the bathroom with a smell, i did not get my "breakfast included" for my stay. The lady i did tell about the bathroom did move me to another room but when i got back after a long day there was no hot water. Needless to say definitely staying with Sonesta again. Great location, the lobby is nice. Bought breakfast which was good and my waitress was attentive."

"I stayed in Room 106, and I found the conditions to be quite disappointing. The room felt muggy throughout my stay, and the bathroom showed signs of neglect, with rust present at the bottom of the door. Additionally, the shower didn't drain properly, causing water to accumulate during use. Given the price of over $400 for the weekend, I expected much better conditions. I'm not satisfied with my experience."
